As I only decided to publish The Compendium a few weeks ago I’m already on top of the February edition with the pages already being sent to print. I sent out a large mail shot over the past couple of days and have had a great response, with a fair few people taking up the subscription. I’m now starting to take it to the buyers of Art Gallery shops to see if they’ll hold them in stock. Will let you know how this goes.

The January Compendium has gone to print and later this week you’ll be able to buy them online or sign up for the yearly subscription.
What is the Compendium?
The Compendium is the physical publication of a month’s worth of Rob’s drawings. It will be an artwork in itself. The Compendium is an affordable way to start collecting and investing in Rob’s artwork. These hand finished artist’s books will be signed, numbered and to begin with in limited editions of 50.
I’ll bring you more details in the next couple of days on how the financial payments will take place. In the meantime if you want to preorder the January Compendium then email me rob@robpepper.co.uk.

I’ve been plotting the 24 Hour Draw for a while now but today I started the initial filming. This piece of work will take quite a while but basically I intend to draw 24 hours of London life and film it. It will have a split perspective one of what I’m drawing and one of my drawing, interspersed with me drawing. It will be in real time so the final film will last a full 24hours with each hour themed for a different aspect of life in the city.
www.24hourdraw.com will start to be created over the next couple of weeks and will in conjunction with the Diary keep you up to date with the progress.

This lift keeps me entertained. Its on Euston Road and you’ll pass by without noticing it, however come from another direction and it will shine out to you like a beacon of hope.
