Your family grows and you have a room full of teenagers and what a racket coming out of your little speakers Elvis who? Then one of the younguns "Grandad, when are you going to get one of those transistor radios, the're cute" And then silence. But you didn't get booted out into the bin someone saved you now here you are a radio work of art worth as much as a thousand transistor radios.
