I am the Baby Jesus

I am The Baby Jesus

I cannot claim the design of this drawing as my own. I was at an exhibition opening where there was a booth of Take Away Art. You could choose from a list of ingredients and out popped a drawing of you and your choice.

I wanted to be the Baby Jesus eating a mince pie.

This Drawing Is True

This Drawing Is True

Photographs lie whilst drawings are true.

I just realised that I did a similar drawing a year and two days ago: Patrick Swayze Killer.

I’m a little Pepperpot

Pepperpot

Don’t seem to have done a self portrait (with my face in it) for a fair few month so when I glanced down at the mirrored tea pot and saw the possibility I jumped at the chance.

Ordinary Extraordinary

Aimie complained that there were no drawings of the two of us. Here is a little attempt without it being too contrived.

Hand In Flow

The goodbyes started today from this little gathering we have had. The New Celebrities left early in the morning and the Kubik Contingent (which included Johannes, Bjoern, Da Bomb ((he is above having a website so this is his song that he sang to us at the end of last year)) and his lovely new lady Miri) left in the evening. There’s been a lot of laughter, a fair amount of tears and a growing commitment to this ever growing community of people.

Me

Nightbus Reflections

Patrick Swayze Killer

There are portraits of myself drawing (Drawing To A Close, Today Became Yesterday’s Tomorrow) but I’ve never drawn myself drawing. So I found this an intriguing image especially as I approached the skecthbook area. I got a bit confused as to how many sketchbooks to draw as whenever I followed my hand it was drawing the sketchbook therefore I’d add another one.

Shaken From Self Reflection

Have been without scanner for nearly a week now and have had little time to do anything except bake in the studio so am posting retrospectively.

Overwhelmed today by the amount I have todo. Only have the ability to look at the tiny steps I seem to be taking.
